Cellular usually lives outside ServiceNow, scattered across carrier portals, spreadsheets, and a separate support process most employees never remember to use. Solve(X) Sync closes that gap.
The app connects your ServiceNow instance to GoExceed's Solve(X), a single pane of glass for your cellular landscape delivered as a Wireless Expense Management (WEM) managed service over your existing carrier agreements. Cellular device and line information syncs directly into your ServiceNow asset and Configuration Item tables, giving IT a complete, current view of the cellular estate alongside the rest of the IT landscape. Employees raise and track requests for their cellular devices right from the Service Portal, with no new tool and no separate login. Those tickets route to the Solve(X) team for processing and status flows back into ServiceNow, so users follow progress without ever leaving the platform.
Behind that native experience, Solve(X) brings the full value of a managed WEM practice: expense management and optimization, mobile device management (MDM) sync, order routing and approval, and streamlined Move/Add/Change/Disconnect (MACD) operations. The result is one system of record for mobility. Your admins get current inventory, your users get a familiar experience, and the governance, automation, and visibility of Solve(X) all run inside the platform your organization already uses.
