Homepage — The at-a-glance-readiness homepage displays two views side by side: Now Assist readiness cards for AI Search, Virtual Agent, ITSM, CSM, and HRSD, and Agentic AI readiness cards for ITSM, CSM, and HRSD. Each card shows an overall readiness percentage, a status indicator (Ready or Action Required), and a breakdown by finding category so you can immediately see where attention is needed before you go live.
Now Assist Assessment — Automated assessment results for AI Search, Virtual Agent, ITSM, CSM, and HRSD with hyperlinked findings that take you directly to the impacted records; no context switching required. Findings are categorized as Data Readiness, Configuration Needed, or Now Support Recommended so you know the nature of each issue and who needs to act on it.
Agentic AI Assessment — A dedicated assessment view for Agentic AI readiness across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD. Identifies customizations on parent tables that could interfere with AI Agent behavior, task execution, or decision-making, and flags high-risk configurations before they become deployment blockers. HRSD coverage includes four out-of-the-box agentic workflows: Predict Service & Transfer HR Cases, Resolve Non-Critical HR Cases, Resolve Critical HR Cases, and Generate Onboarding Ramp-Up Plan.
Readiness Dashboard — A unified dashboard with three tabs:
- Remediation Properties — Optionally enabled via system property. Once active, allows your team to define custom effort values that reflect your organization's actual capacity, so remediation estimates are meaningful to your specific context.
- Now Assist Assessment — Visualizes Total Estimated Remediation Effort, Assessment Findings, Remediation Effort by Category, Findings by Category, and Finding Trends across AI Search, Virtual Agent, ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
- Agentic AI Assessment — Same visualizations scoped to Agentic AI findings across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
Exportable Readiness Report — Download a PDF from any assessment view; the overall Summary or any specific capability page such as Agentic AI - HRSD or Now Assist for CSM. Each export is scoped to the page you're on, capturing the relevant Readiness Status, Assessment Findings, and Remediation Effort for targeted stakeholder review. Hyperlinks to the underlying records remain active within the exported PDF.
