The Swisscom Incident Integration helps customers to transfer incidents from their ServiceNow instance to Swisscom. Swisscom then acting as the 2nd Level Support.
As most customers have a more or less customized version of the OOTB ServiceNow Incident process the integration with the incident is kept at an absolute minimum.
Most customers use the application as a base to do a full integration. However it can be used as is.
