Integration
The HR Service Delivery integration with UKG Dimensions provides employee assistance through conversations in the ServiceNow Virtual Agent. Employees can view their accrual leave balances, schedules, work hours, list of punches, time-off requests, and upcoming shifts from UKG Dimensions directly in ServiceNow.

The embedded spoke is only meant for use with this current out-of-the-box integration, and not for general purpose use.

- Build conversations based on keywords that employees enter.
- Apply Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to enable the Virtual Agent to pick utterances for understanding, processing, and responding to what employees are saying during a conversation.
