Integration
The integration with Cornerstone OnDemand pulls learning tasks and to-dos from Cornerstone OnDemand into ServiceNow HR Service Delivery so that employees can view all of their learning tasks from a unified employee portal.
These learning tasks can be accessed from anywhere, across any channel of choice. With this integration, employees can find and complete their learning courses on-time so that HR and learning teams spend less time managing compliance issues and updating multiple systems.
The embedded spoke is only meant for use with this current out-of-the-box integration, and not for general purpose use.
- Assign learning tasks to employees in Cornerstone OnDemand
- Sync users, learning courses, and transcripts from Cornerstone and present them as employee to-do's in the employee portal
- Seamlessly navigate, access, and complete learning courses between Cornerstone OnDemand and ServiceNow

- Migrated the "Cornerstone Transcript Mapping" subflow to OData Change Tracking (transcript_core).
Fixed
- Corrected the "Cornerstone Transcript Mapping" subflow so the affected condition is evaluated as a separate clause, fixing inaccurate mapping behaviour.
- Fixed the "Trigger CSOD Sync" flow where the Run As field on the trigger auto-script record was mapped to an invalid user.
