SSO-based Digital Signature enables robust digital signature execution directly within the ServiceNow platform and without the need for any third-party digital signature solution (e.g. Adobe Sign, Docusign).

Any task in the system can be associated with a document signature request, where one or more digital signatures are required for a given PDF document.

When multiple signatures are needed in a single PDF, signatures can be executed serially, in parallel, or some combination thereof.

Digital signatures may only be executed by individuals authenticated into the platform via customer single sign-on (SSO), guaranteeing secure, customer managed user identity and ensuring digital signature irrefutability.
Each signature tracked and auditable — signature date, signatory, when the signer was authenticated, and through which IDP — so that digital signatures are irrefutable.
Unlimited digital signature templates may be used across the platform or even within a single document.
