ServiceNow® Workplace Visitor Management enables employees to seamlessly register guests expected at the workplace and allows organizations to manage safe and secure check-in procedures. Once visitors are registered, automate tasks such as communications, badge printing, and paperwork required prior to their scheduled arrival.
The workplace teams and office receptionists can easily monitor a visitor's arrival status with real-time dashboards. Tasks and approvals are automatically generated to initiate building access, grant Wi-Fi access, add a parking space, link to an existing room reservation, or include any other requirements for their scheduled arrival.
To automatically install all the Workplace Service Delivery applications at once, download the ServiceNow® Workplace Service Delivery Suite.
