Service Graph Workspace - An alternative workspace offering new features:
- Data Owner Home - A focused view for users with the sn_cmdb_editor role that allows you to understand the data sources, health, tasks, and activity related to the data you own or manage in the CMDB.
- Explore and Search - Explore the CMDB using context-based navigation without knowledge of the CMDB data model, and use AI-powered search to find data in the CMDB using natural language.
- Tasks - View and manage certification, attestation, and lifecycle approval tasks assigned to you from the CMDB Data Manager.
- Insights - Access and view CMDB-related dashboards such as CMDB Health, Service instances and more.
- Lists - Access CMDB related list data such as CMDB Groups and Tags.
- Ingestion - Requires the cmdb_inst_admin or the sgc_admin role, setup, configure, and manage Service Graph Connectors for ingesting data into the CMDB.
- Governance - Requires the sn_cmdb_admin role, monitor the CMDB, work with tasks, and access tools to administer and govern the CMDB.
