Key Features
Workflow to Flow migration
As part of our ongoing modernization efforts, we’ve migrated our processes from ServiceNow Workflow to Flow Designer-based Flows. This transition aligns with ServiceNow's long-term platform strategy and best practices, providing a more scalable and maintainable framework for automation.
Localization support improvements
We’ve expanded our localization capabilities to better support multilingual customers and deliver a more accessible and consistent user experience across different regions. Localization now includes new languages: Polish, Spanish, and Portuguese, extending the product’s usability to a broader audience.
Improvements
Bill Pay improvements
We’ve enhanced the Bill Pay process by introducing the Expedite payment option, now available as part of the standard workflow. This feature is designed to support urgent or exception-based payment scenarios, giving users greater control over payment timing when it matters most. The new Expedite Payment option helps reduce the risk of Late payment fees.
Invoice processing improvements
We’ve implemented a set of enhancements to optimize the Invoice Processing experience, focusing on performance. The Invoice import mechanism has been optimized for speed and efficiency, resulting in up to 30% faster import times.
Email Notification Improvements
To enhance communication and streamline invoice approval processing, we’ve introduced the following improvements with the email notifications:
-
Enhanced Invoice Approval Notifications: Notifications now include essential invoice details and allow users to approve directly via email, reducing the time required to take action.
-
New Rejected Invoice Notifications: Users now receive immediate notifications when an invoice is rejected, complete with clear context and reasons, enabling faster follow-up and resolution.
New Data Quality Rules
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance data quality and streamline invoice processing, we’ve introduced new Data Quality Rules that support smarter, automated validation checks:
-
Invoice import validation: A new rule ensures that invoices are successfully imported, supporting seamless automation and reducing the risk of processing delays.
-
Period matching validation: A new rule ensures that the selected period matches the invoice month, helping maintain data accuracy for reporting and analytics.
Account management improvements
We’re pleased to share the latest updates in the Account management:
-
Red Flag updates on Accounts. Users can now update the Red Flag on Accounts directly from the SN list. This enhancement reduces the time to manage Red flags on Accounts.
-
Improved logic for the Expected Invoice Date. We’ve updated the logic behind the "Expected Invoice Date" field on Accounts. Previously, this field would automatically update after opening a new period, which could lead of confusion - especially if an invoice had already been received, but the expected date appeared outdated. With this change, the field will now behave more intuitively, ensuring greater accuracy and clarity in the invoice tracking.
Allocation improvements
We’ve introduced a series of enhancements to improve the reliability, clarity, and flexibility of the Allocation process, making it easier to manage and troubleshoot expense distribution.
-
Improved error transparency for Failed Allocation. When allocation fails due to all groups having zero weight in the configured weighted metric, users now receive clear explanations. This added transparency greatly improves troubleshooting and resolution.
-
Flexibility in Allocation Attributes values. Users can now allocate expenses to the same Allocation Attribute values across different Attributes, increasing flexibility and simplifying complex allocation scenarios.
Fixes
Improved Invoice transferring between Uploads on the Allocation stage.
Fixed an issue where invoices moved to a new Billing upload in a failed allocation state would bypass the Allocation stage. Now, the Allocation step is correctly executed after such movements, ensuring data integrity and processing continuity.
