Standalone Application
The synthetic monitoring application empowers organizations to proactively manage and enhance the performance and availability of critical services. By simulating user transactions on API endpoints, this solution identifies performance bottlenecks, ensures uptime, and optimizes user experiences.
- Create and manage synthetic tests to replicate end-user transactions for critical services.
- Get real-time notifications for performance degradations or outages before they impact users.
- See related services for synthetic tests to determine incident impact.
- Visualize synthetic test results, track KPIs, and share insights with stakeholders.
New
• Synthetic Monitoring now supports JWT authentication and unified secrets gateway for MID Server compliance.
All monitor types execute successfully on JWT-authenticated MID Servers, with backward compatibility for Basic Auth. Credential retrieval uses unified secrets
gateway, ensuring correct data mapping and exposure classification. Mixed authentication fleets are supported without regression.
• Bulk edit functionality enables enhanced monitor management.
Duplicate monitor creation is prevented during bulk re-upload. Synthetic monitoring automatically picks service or support
group relationships when there is one.
Fixed
• Monitor execution stability and performance have been improved for high-volume customers.
ECC queue saturation and cache overflow issues have been addressed to ensure monitors reliably transition from pending to executed state. Monitor executions
via ACC now scale efficiently.

Other Requirements:
If you are upgrading from a previous release and want to run monitors from a MID Server, you must restart the MID Server after upgrading.
