The application enables generation of customer contracts and entitlements and management of the commercial changes through their lifecycle.
The Contracts and Entitlements Workflows application enables:
- Creating new customer contracts and entitlements for managing subscriptions and post-sales services.
- Managing lifecycle changes, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
Change:
- Ability to run renewal workflow in asynchronous manner when the number of lines being renewed crosses a threshold number.
