It includes AI agents that improve time to launch by reducing the complexity of defining the order fulfillment plan during design time. It also includes agents that enable intent-driven orchestration for both enrichment and fulfillment of orders, based on historic order task data using the GAF framework. This data is also used to generate a task plan template that can be applied to any future orders for that product.
The Voice AI agent for move order capture helps capture a move order request by voice. The Fallout creation AI agent automatically detects an ordering failure and creates the relevant fallout.
