- Event times showing "Invalid Date" in Month View
Dragging and dropping events in the Month view caused all event time labels to incorrectly display "Invalid Date." This has been resolved — event times now display correctly after drag-and-drop operations without requiring a page reload. - Agent Schedules Not Visible in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace
After a production upgrade, the Workforce Calendar in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace stopped showing agent schedules. This has been fixed and agent schedules now display correctly. - Dispatcher Workspace Freezing When Switching Browser Tabs
The Dispatcher Workspace page would stop rendering when users switched to another browser tab and returned. This has been resolved — the workspace now loads and renders reliably regardless of tab switching. - Memory Leak Causing Performance Degradation
A memory leak caused by background observers not being properly cleaned up was leading to performance issues over time. This has been fixed, improving overall stability and memory usage during extended sessions. - Incorrect Travel Time Display for Multi-Day Events
Travel time blocks for multi-day events in the Dispatcher Workspace timeline view were rendering at an inflated size, causing visual layout issues. This has been corrected — travel times now display accurately for multi-day events.
