Card Data Security secures dispute processing by safeguarding sensitive card information as it flows between ServiceNow and third‑party systems. This solution uses tokenization to replace card details with nonsensitive tokens. It also stores sensitive documents within a secure environment. Together, these capabilities protect card data and supporting documents from the moment they enter your ServiceNow instance, and enable the safe exchange of data with card networks and core banking systems without exposing raw card information.
