Standalone Application
The Retail HQ Operations application enables effective coordination between HQ teams. It facilitates the execution of assigned work and allows HQ teams to monitor progress.
- HQ Communications Case Type allows to initiate and coordinate large-scale store operations such as inventory syncs, promotions, and facility updates across multiple locations from a single parent case, reducing coordination overhead and execution time.
- Streamlined In-Store Execution helps to link in-store operations cases to HQ communications cases as child cases, eliminating duplicate work and ensuring alignment between headquarters directives and store-level execution. One parent case provides visibility and control across the entire operation.
