Smart Assessment for Field Service Questionnaire is available through the Now Mobile Agent application. The Smart Assessment templates provide comprehensive instructions comprised of rich text and images, as well as conditional questions, comments, and attachments. Smart Assessment offers a paginated layout that combines the ability to group questions with inline choices. It provides templates for configuring and creating work order questionnaires.
- Create and customize assessment templates
- Set assessment parameters such as question types, justifications, and conditional visibility
- Configure conditional questions based on responses from other types of questions and across sections
- Allow additional comments or attachments depending on the response to a question
Create Smart Assessment templates faster by adding standard questions from a question bank instead of authoring each question manually.
