User Task Step Summarization: The ability to generate task-level information in human-readable format on the Automation Request form streamlines the process of creating AI Agents. By providing clear, structured summaries of tasks directly within the form, this feature reduces manual input errors and accelerates the AI Agent creation workflow. This capability is specifically designed to operate within the Automation Center scope, ensuring alignment with existing processes and governance standards.
Automation Explorer: Introducing AI-powered Automation Explorer for easy and quick management of all automations like RPA, Flows, Sub Flow, catalog items and other automations within ServiceNow
Automation explorer enables you to scan your ServiceNow instance and discover relevant automations based on a targeted query using natural language. You can filter by automation type, execution time period, and application scope, then onboard high-value automations directly to Automation Center for ROI tracking.
