Enables dispute agents to access card data and sensitive documents within ServiceNow by embedding card information and documents in an iframe that leverages a tokenization system. This dedicated Seismic component facilitates this integration, ensuring compliance with security standards while maintaining user accessibility. This component is configured with the following modes to streamline card data interaction:
- Reveal card number
- Input card number
- View document
- Upload document
Secure data embedding: Use a dedicated Seismic container component to securely integrate raw card data into the ServiceNow Financial Services Card Operations dispute flow using a tokenization system.
Iframe‑based data isolation: Embed card data within a secure iframe to ensure compliance while delivering a seamless, native experience for dispute case management users.
Secure card number reveal: Safely display full card numbers within the ServiceNow interface without exposing raw data to the platform.
Secure card data entry: Enable compliant card number entry through an embedded iframe input.
In‑platform document viewing: Allow authorized users to securely view documents received from card networks within the dispute workflow.
Document handling: Support secure upload of documents containing card data directly into the tokenization system.
